- 2 celery stalks
- 2 medium white potatoes (Optional)
- 3 large cloves of garlic
- 3 large peeled carrots
- 1 cup of diced tomatoes
- 1 cup of diced onions
- 2 zucchini
- 4 cups of chicken broth
- 4 cups of water
- ¼ cup of tomato sauce
- 2 lime wedges
Step 1) Prepare Chicken Breast
Start by cutting the 4 chicken breasts in half, or even in quarters if you want them to be as small as possible when the dish is ready. This will help them to cook a lot faster than the whole chicken.
