Makes 2 servings
8-10oz cooked chicken
2 Tbsp. Primal Kitchen’s Classic Mayo
2 medium carrots
3 medium celery stalks
1 tsp. garlic
1/4th tsp. salt
1/4th tsp. cayenne pepper (optional)
Blend all ingredients together in a Vitamix or food processor.
Add as a protein and fat source to any salad or sandwich!
