Slow Cooked Pulled Pork



Makes 2 servings
1 lb pork shoulder (country rib)
1 tsp. chopped white onion
1/2 tsp. garlic
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. all-purpose seasoning
1/2 tsp. salt

1 Tbsp. Honey
Throw all ingredients into the slow cooker and cook on low for at least 6 hours.

We love to eat this on a bed of shredded red cabbage with avocado and a Tbsp. of Chipotle Lime Mayo from Primal Kitchen.
