1 (10oz) can of baby clams - drained1 (8oz) bottle of clam juice4 Tbsp. coconut cream1 tsp. all purpose seasoning1 tsp. sea salt1 tsp. cayenne pepper (optional) DirectionsBlend water, tomato, garlic and onions in blender till incorporated.Chop up bacon, celery and potatoes into small sized chunks.Fry up bacon with the celery and potatoes for a few minutes.Throw in water/tomato blend, baby clams, clam juice and spices.Boil for 30 min covered on low.Stir in coconut cream at the end for a creamy finish.
