Makes about 4 cups
Ingredients
6 small fuji apples (4oz size)
1 Tbsp. coconut oil
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. 100% vanilla bean powder
2 Tbsp. honey
Directions
Cut up the apples into fourths (seeds, skin and all) and place into a pot that has a lid.
Add the coconut oil, honey, cinnamon and vanilla and simmer covered on medium for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Once the apples have cooked, blend them in a Vitamix, food processor, or with an emersion blender till smooth.
Place in the refrigerator and enjoy once cooled.
