Makes about 4 servings Ingredients8 oz ahi tuna chunks1/2 an english cucumber1Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds3 oz coconut aminos2 large avocados2 chopped green onions1 Tbsp. sesame seed oil1/4 tsp. salt
Spicy Dressing1 Tbsp. paleo mayo1 tsp. sesame seed oil1/2 tsp. cayenne powder1 Tbsp. water DirectionsAdd all ingredients into a large gallon zip lock bag.Gently toss ingredients in the bag.Refrigerate poke for at least 3 hours.Meanwhile, mix all dressing ingredients together until well incorporated.Drizzle spicy dressing on top of marinated poke when ready to serve.
