Acorn Squash and Lamb Dish | Paleo By Maileo - Paleo & Gluten Free

Ingredients
1 acorn squash
1 lb ground lamb
1/3 cup mulberries
1/2 cup pine nuts
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. chopped garlic
2 tsp. all-purpose seasoning
1/2 tsp. salt

1 Tbsp. pork lard
 
Directions
Peel acorn squash and cut into chunks.
Sautee garlic and onion in pork lard in a pan.
Once browned, toss in all other ingredients.
Cook on medium till the squash is soft.
